Key Responsibilities

  • •Fabricate wire harnesses to workmanship standards, including cutting/stripping, crimping, terminating, labeling, and lacing/overbraid.
  • •Solder and rework electronic assemblies (including PCBAs and connector terminations) as needed.
  • •Modify and integrate COTS components per engineering instructions and controlled documentation with revision discipline.
  • •Record build steps, inspection results, and traceability in the MES.
  • •Flash/load and verify correct software/firmware configurations; assemble, test, troubleshoot, and support integration of avionics stacks into final UAS products.

Key Requirements
