Finishing Operator (Packer/ Core Cutter/ Material Handler) - 2nd Shift, 2pm-10pm M-F

Operate within finishing operations to pack finished goods, prepare and cut cores, and handle material movement between raw, WIP, finishing, shipping, and receiving areas. Inspect product appearance, maintain quality and productivity improvements, perform 5S duties and audits, and support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy correction. Assist with equipment maintenance as directed and ensure safe, clean work practices while coordinating information across shifts.
