Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the end-to-end product operating model by improving product planning, release management, and execution.
  • •Coordinate product delivery activities across Product Managers, Engineering, Technology, and Operations to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • •Aggregate, validate, and publish release notes to downstream systems and Application Support for every product release.
  • •Manage user enablement content and maintain accurate customer-facing and internal product documentation aligned to releases.
  • •Prepare and deliver governance forum updates with operational metrics, risk/audit status, and release readiness reports while driving process improvements and automation.
