Job Summary

Lead and develop the in-store Stage team to deliver outstanding client experiences at Sephora Scarborough. Drive training, coaching, and engagement with Beauty Advisors; manage in-store events, merchandising, and brand partnerships; ensure top-line performance while maintaining store operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Training & Development: Execute training for all new and existing Beauty Advisors and facilitate orientation and selling model sessions.
•Client Experience Leadership: Regularly serve as the Client Experience Lead (CEL) in-store, addressing client feedback and engaging with clients on-stage.
•Event Management: Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
•Visual Merchandising & Operations: Ensure visuals align with company standards, maintain a clean sales floor, and manage tester/supply levels.
•Vendor & Brand Management: Coordinate engagement with store brands visiting the store and train brand representatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry or equivalent internal experience.
•Metrics-driven with a proven track record of motivating and coaching a team to achieve company expectations and goals.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners at all levels.
•Ability to train and develop staff, including orientation and selling model training sessions.
•Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduling is key for client-facing retail roles.
