Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing.
  • •Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
  • •Build demos and business cases, and run value assessments or proof-of-value projects to communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
  • •Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities, and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • •Prepare and communicate value roadmaps and results to senior stakeholders and provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in an analytical role demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software/SaaS deployment, ideally in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT/management consulting, or an in-house intelligence center.
  • •Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g. SAP) and experience with implementing RPA and/or BI tools and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
  • •Knowledge of Python and/or SQL, with experience collaborating with IT teams.
  • •Experience identifying business process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, and acting as a change agent/training users and process owners.
  • •Native-level or near-native German skills (written and spoken) to lead workshops and present to executive stakeholders.
