Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of façade engineering projects from concept through construction.
  • •Lead client meetings, presentations, workshops, and design reviews.
  • •Act as Project Director, Project Manager, or Discipline Lead on complex projects; manage risks, programmes, resources, and commercial performance.
  • •Oversee technical quality and compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and project requirements; coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces.
  • •Provide technical direction and design reviews, mentor and develop engineers and future leaders, and contribute to work winning and reputation building through bids and strategic client engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •A recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a built environment discipline such as Façade Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
  • •Proven experience in a façade design/engineering role and relevant industry experience in building physics and sustainability design.
  • •Willingness to progress towards Chartered Engineer status with a recognized professional institution.
  • •In-depth technical and design skills in building envelope design and detailing, construction techniques, procurement routes, and risk assessment.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and maintain client relationships.
