Technical Manager Apparel Prototyping (Portland, OR, US)

Manage the creation process for innovative apparel and accessories prototypes in collaboration with NAM Creation Studios and cross-functional teams. Translate concepts into virtual prototypes, sample construction, patterning, and model/mold making with proper documentation. Lead smaller workshops and creative product studies, operate innovative equipment, mentor new hires, and support feasibility assessments for industrial production. Coordinate tool boxes and material libraries while maintaining shop supplies and equipment.
