Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Lead subsystem development plans, translating customer and system requirements into structured engineering execution through product release, while maintaining alignment with overall program goals.
•Perform detailed mechanical design activities, including concept development, calculations, tolerance analysis, material selection, and design optimization.
•Support multidisciplinary integration efforts, ensuring effective synchronization between mechanical, electrical, software, and system elements.
•Participate in design reviews and technical discussions, clearly presenting engineering approaches, trade-offs, risks, and mitigation strategies.
•Utilize simulation and analytical tools to validate designs and ensure compliance with performance, reliability, and environmental requirements.

Key Requirements

•BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering
•At least 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development
•Proven experience as an R&D engineer within a multidisciplinary organization
•Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
•Strong practical experience in machined components design, sheet metal, mechanism development, and in-depth understanding of precision drive and motion control systems
