  • •Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies while achieving sales and profitability goals using KPI-driven business acumen.
  • •Lead the store team by reinforcing ALO’s mission and guiding principles and supporting growth through development, performance management, training, and coaching.
  • •Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key operational and visual guidelines.
