Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and support global process design across the Product and Service Lifecycle.
  • •Assess local processes against global standards, identify gaps, and support fit-to-global assessments.
  • •Define business requirements based on As-Is and To-Be process designs in collaboration with Process Architects and Global Process Owners.
  • •Maintain process documentation aligned with global standards, governance, and best practices.
  • •Support standardization of introducing, maintaining, and retiring products, including translating sales configurations into manufacturing BOM and routing and connecting to the installed base and after-sales processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in business process management, process improvement, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • •Good understanding of product lifecycle processes, including new product introduction and after-sales flows.
  • •Experience with manufacturing-related data and process elements such as BOM, manufacturing BOM, and routing.
  • •Ability to translate business needs into clear process requirements.
  • •Experience with global process standards, governance, and process documentation.
