Lead business operations for the Commercial Launch Sales Team by driving market forecasting, competitive intelligence, and process automation. Build sales-specific metrics, dashboards, and data pipelines using Python and SQL to track performance pre- and post-sales. Partner with sales, finance, and customer success to identify and execute initiatives, deliver quantitative updates to leadership, and maintain a competitive intel database—while supporting sales directors across regions and clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Create compelling communications materials to support increasing access to space and the team’s industry leadership.
•Use technical tools to define sales-specific metrics and build dashboards tracking pre-sales performance and post-sales health.
•Integrate with sales, finance, and customer success to identify improvement initiatives and develop, track, and execute them with leadership.
•Provide quantitative and qualitative updates to leadership on performance and opportunities.
•Build, maintain, and improve data models, forecast models, dashboards, and data pipelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 125,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; or 5+ years of experience in place of a degree.
•3+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, product management, operations, FP&A, banking, and/or entrepreneurship.
•Strong background in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•Excellent analytical skills using tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, and Excel modeling.
•Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements.
