Support daily mutual fund and money market trading operations by completing time-sensitive processing tasks and account maintenance. Manage and oversee Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking (WCIB) client accounts, providing technical, process, and troubleshooting support to operations specialists. Deliver high customer service, minimize risk in the control environment, improve process efficiency, and resolve customer issues, occasionally contributing to planning in your area of expertise.

•Support trading and processing work across mutual fund trading, money market trading, new account setup, and corrections processing.
•Manage and provide oversight of WCIB client accounts and related products of various types and sizes.

•Complete daily processing activities and deliver day-to-day operational deliverables with high accuracy.
•Identify and minimize risk in the control environment, improve process efficiency, and resolve customer issues effectively.
