Senior Analyst, AML Transaction Monitoring

Investigate and analyze AML alerts to identify suspicious or illegal activity and support timely SAR/STR filings. Work within Circle’s Investigation Operations team to screen customers, perform adverse media checks, and respond to requests from law enforcement, banking partners, and internal compliance stakeholders. Partner with policy and compliance data/technology teams to share insights and recommend improvements to detection models, thresholds, and typology coverage, while supporting and training TM analysts as needed.
