Implement and analyze managed file transfer solutions to expand or introduce new services for internal and external customers. Guide clients through implementation, validate requests against standards, and ensure accurate workflow records and reporting on progress and SLAs. Perform validation testing, coordinate customer testing with application teams, and train customers on production processes. Use IBM managed file transfer tools and support incident/problem management in an IT environment.
