Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and complete assigned customer repair orders, including recording time worked, documenting cause/correction, and notifying changes to the original order.
  • •Perform repair and maintenance tasks as listed on repair orders, including work on vehicle systems, living quarters, appliances, and components.
  • •Complete new motor coach pre-delivery inspections as requested.
  • •Maintain current knowledge of how major RV systems and components operate and collaborate with service center team members on diagnoses and repairs.
  • •Support other service center responsibilities such as providing service tech support at retail shows and dealer training events, and participate in required field events, training, and meetings while following health and safety policies.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Previous RV service technician or extensive RV assembler experience required.
  • •Knowledge of RV vehicle systems.
  • •Ability to perform repairs involving living quarters, appliances, and vehicle components.
  • •Degree related to mechanical repair, automotive technology, or construction desirable but not required.
  • •Valid Driver's License and clean driving record desired.
