Job Summary

Own the end-to-end management and growth of Top Creators at scale for North America. Review and onboard eligible creators using aligned criteria, host sessions in person and online to share best practices and product updates, and use dashboards and automated reports to drive data-informed education strategies. Gather creator feedback and partner with cross-functional teams (Product and Content Strategy & Policy, among others) to improve support and advocate for creator needs, including monitoring content performance issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Review, select, and onboard eligible Top Creators using centrally aligned eligibility criteria, business priorities, exceptions, content priorities, and portfolio capacity.
•Host Top creators in person and/or online to share best practices, vertical content strategies, product updates, and foster connections.
•Use dashboards and automated weekly reports to understand portfolio performance and build data-informed content strategies to educate creators on relevant product features and tools.
•Collect creator feedback and needs and establish feedback loops with cross-functional teams including Product, Creator Research, Content Strategy & Policy, Publishers Pillar, and TikTok Overall.
•Monitor urgent or repeat content performance issues for managed creators and collaborate with cross-functional partners to advocate for regional account support needs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience focused on the creator and content ecosystem, ideally including work with top entertainment/social media/influencer platforms or related industries.
•Strong track record working across teams, organizational structures, and geographies to drive impact.
•Exceptional creator/partner management capabilities.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
•Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communications skills.
