Key Responsibilities

•Triage customer issues with direction from Dell support.
•Execute the plan of action from Dell Domain Engineer/L3 and communicate using Teams, email, and phone.
•Document POA results, logs, and service reports (including parts numbers/PPIDs of old/new parts) to Dell via case email.
•Reseat, swap, or replace parts and upgrade firmware as needed.
•Run diagnostics for testing and validation, capturing and uploading logs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience, plus an Associate's Degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
•Experience delivering technical field services supporting hardware and software at client sites.
•Customer-facing experience, including successfully reporting and presenting to all levels of the organization.
•Experience working where clients have a large, concentrated deployment of assets, including networking and fiber.
•Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs waist high to replace components on server stacks.
