Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify orders are properly scheduled in MRP/ERP systems, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain PDI schedule data integrity.
  • •Communicate order status to internal and external customers, including shipping delay warnings, shipment confirmations, and rescheduling notices.
  • •Make production priority and expedite decisions based on business and customer needs; adjust forecasted daily/weekly capacity and product mix.
  • •Create production line schedules as needed, monitor capacity constraints or bottlenecks, and recommend hourly staffing and overtime.
  • •Develop material requirements from bills of material and ERP reports, print drawings and create job packs, and maintain planning master data in ERP; report inventory levels and lead-time performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a combination; OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years in the same areas.
