Key Responsibilities

  • •Define long-term laser and optics technology roadmaps and investment priorities aligned with customer and product roadmaps.
  • •Lead development of next-generation laser annealing platforms and establish system architectures for high-power laser subsystems, optics, metrology, and safety.
  • •Own laser and optics technical strategy for released products and drive continuous improvement for productivity, reliability, availability, cost, serviceability, yield, and process performance.
  • •Serve as executive technical interface to laser manufacturers, optical suppliers, coating vendors, and metrology suppliers, including roadmap alignment, capability evaluation, and joint development.
  • •Direct third-party engineering services for optical/laser/mechanical/controls/systems development, manage technical reviews, and ensure performance, schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
