Job Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA EHS transformation and implementation initiatives within Honeywell’s Enterprise IT HSEPS team. Drive business sessions to gather requirements and define performance indicators, configure and support SAP EHS (including SDS/MSDS and Dangerous Goods Management), and coordinate end-to-end integration with logistics, manufacturing, and compliance processes. Execute testing (unit/SIT/UAT), support data migration validation for EHS master data, and produce functional specifications and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead business sessions to define business goals/vision, extract requirements, define performance indicators, and provide SAP EHS solutions.
•Configure and support SAP S/4HANA EHS, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) and Dangerous Goods Management.
•Support ECC-to-S/4HANA conversions or greenfield implementations and apply S/4HANA EHS best practices and simplifications.
•Support EHS integration with logistics, manufacturing, and compliance processes, coordinating with MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, GTS, and FI/CO teams.
•Coordinate technical teams (ABAP, CPI, document management), execute unit/SIT testing and support UAT/defect resolution, and validate EHS master data migration.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of SAP EHS and regulatory compliance processes.
•Excellent knowledge of SAP EHS integration with logistics and supply chain.
•10+ years of IT experience in international corporations supporting Health & Safety, Product Safety & Stewardship, and Environmental Performance regulations (e.g., GHS, REACH, OSHA).
•Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EHS configuration and support.
•Experience conducting requirements analysis and current state system analysis with business owners and users.
