Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor.
  • •Provide market-leading fitness expertise by engaging with members, correcting form, and ensuring safe, effective exercise execution.
  • •Deliver high-quality personal training programs and unrivalled session delivery and support.
  • •Undergo required certifications and complete ongoing CPD/training (including IDEA Club Connect) to keep product knowledge up to date.
  • •Complete performance administration tasks, including KPI delivery, booking/rota updates, daily session updates in the Fitness Enterprise System, and required member documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent.
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards (enrolled).
  • •Complete and maintain required training and CPD (including REPs certification requirements).
  • •Conduct personal training sessions and support new member induction to company standard.
  • •Deliver and understand company Fitness KPIs while upholding brand standards on the gym floor.
