Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the on-course customer service specialist for the facility.
  • •Provide a welcoming first contact for each customer or group and ensure an enjoyable experience.
  • •Check with the golf shop for unusual/special instructions and communicate with the golf shop regularly.
  • •Ensure equipment (radio, cart, etc.) is working correctly and assist with on-course problems, escalating when needed.
  • •Enforce facility rules, maintain neat/clean work areas, keep accurate daily player records, and monitor pace of play.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated customer service experience required.
  • •Demonstrated basic knowledge of golf course etiquette.
  • •Must have an AZ drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • •Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
  • •Able to be prepared for inclement weather and understand bad weather procedures.
