Lead FP&A for a regional functional business partnering team, partnering with regional stakeholders across foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting templates for strategic planning, capital allocation, cash management, and ad-hoc decisions across the region.
•Monitor monthly operational and financial performance by analyzing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, mid-month run rates, and non-financial metrics; communicate variances and trends.
•Partner with regional stakeholders and senior leadership to advise on investment case proposals and present clear recommendations for non-finance managers.
•Serve as primary point of contact for regional functions (e.g., logistics, commercial, service operations, pricing) to establish scalable processes and optimize KPIs.
•Lead cost-saving and revenue-enhancing initiatives by streamlining, automating, and improving financial, operational, and reporting frameworks across the region.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
•3–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Investment Banking, or Strategy Consulting.
•Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (e.g., MNC, tech, e-commerce, delivery, or logistics).
•Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience analyzing large data sets.
•Hands-on use of analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Power BI to drive decision-making.
