Job Summary

Lead the technical side of the sales cycle by coordinating end-to-end solution delivery for UK Manufacturing and Automotive customers. Partner with customers, the Products team, and Professional Services to translate business objectives into tailored Salesforce solutions, build and present customized demos, and respond to RFPs. Design and prototype agentic workflows using Agentforce, guiding customers from legacy CRM workflows to an Agentic data platform driven by AI insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle in close collaboration with other teams.
•Understand customer needs and position Salesforce as the best solution to solve unique challenges.
•Develop and deliver custom solutions, including customized Salesforce demos for key decision-makers.
•Lead the technical side of the sales cycle, including RFP responses.
•Design and prototype agentic workflows using Agentforce and guide customers from legacy CRM to an Agentic data platform.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success for enterprise software solutions.
•Expertise in Agentforce for manufacturing and/or automotive, including autonomous AI design and human-agent collaborative strategies.
•Experience selling into UK Automotive or Manufacturing customers.
•Salesforce experience and/or certifications related to Artificial Intelligence, including generative AI and LLM concepts.
•Experience implementing digital transformation strategies and delivering measurable customer success.
