Job Summary

Support the Corporate & Financial Reporting team with technical financial reporting and accounting for specific corporate investments. Help prepare consolidated financial and statutory reports, develop and quality-assure regulatory returns, and assist with monthly/quarterly/annual close activities. Reconcile treasury transactions and perform GL/TB reviews, journal preparation/review, and variance analysis. Partner with Corporate Units to provide finance insight, support audits, and maintain accounting position papers, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Support technical financial reporting for investments managed by Corporate Units, including technical accounting for corporate transactions and investments.
•Assist with preparation of consolidated financial and statutory reports, regulatory returns, and quality assurance of input data for statutory and regulatory disclosure.
•Support month/quarter/annual accounting book close, including preparation and review of journals, GL/TB review, and analytical variance explanations.
•Perform treasury accounting activities including reconciliation of treasury transactions to Oracle and preparation of related party and bank confirmations.
•Partner with Corporate Units to monitor financial performance, prepare/share monthly management reporting, and support audits and related tax/tax documentation deliverables.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
•An internationally recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CA).
•Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification audit and accounting experience in a Big Four firm across finance, audit, and risk with experience handling complex accounting structures and transactions.
•Good knowledge of IFRS and IAS disclosure requirements and current knowledge of legislative and reporting frameworks/procedures.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM (advantage) and Oracle ERP consolidation systems (preferred).
