Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies promptly.
  • •Prepare daily balancing reports and verify completeness and accuracy of financial data.
  • •Review balance sheet accounts and supporting schedules to identify unusual or outstanding items.
  • •Prepare and post daily accounting entries with appropriate documentation and approvals.
  • •Process invoices and support audit confirmation requests, including variance analysis reporting and escalation of unresolved issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
  • •Working knowledge of general ledger processes, balance sheet accounts, and fundamental accounting principles.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
