Job Summary

Support on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems for Honeywell. Provide technical presentations to customers, drive continuous improvement of field service processes, coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues, and act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists and Service Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors.
•Promote revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development.
•Promote cross-functional groups within the organization to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment.
•Act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Technology, or a related field and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience, or ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
•Five (5) years of experience troubleshooting/maintaining Honeywell Sheet Manufacturing Scanners.
•Three (3) years of experience troubleshooting/maintaining ABB Sheet Manufacturing Scanners.
•Experience producing and reading electrical schematics, network diagrams, and P&IDs.
•Experience with VMware virtualization and Cisco networking.
