Senior Relationship Manager - SME Coverage , Sharjah & NE

Manage and grow relationships with SME clients by understanding trade cycles and working capital needs. Analyze cash flow to recommend optimization strategies and deliver tailored trade finance solutions such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, supply chain financing, and cash management. Prepare credit proposals, monitor portfolio performance, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance. Partner with internal Credit, Operations, and Compliance teams to resolve client queries and drive retention and revenue through cross-selling.
