Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate, plus 2+ years of professional work experience in IT, aviation, aerospace, consumer electronics, or technical support, or a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • •2+ years of experience working with technical documentation, engineering drawings, and schematics.
  • •Ability to process fleet data and present trends to engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive cross-disciplinary improvements.
  • •Ability to fabricate and repair cable harnesses, including soldering, crimping, and assembling connectors.
  • •Experience working with networking problems and basic knowledge of Ethernet, Routing, TCP/IP protocols, and VLAN.
