Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering roles
  • •Experience reading technical drawings (GD&T), creating work instructions, and applying statistical methods to engineering problems
  • •Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 8D, FMEA, and 5 Why problem solving
  • •Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) structures
