Job Summary

Design, implement, administer, and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune environments. Own enterprise endpoint lifecycle processes including imaging, deployments, patching, upgrades, and retirement across Windows 10/11 and hybrid setups. Create and deploy applications and security updates, develop Intune policies and conditional access integrations, automate with PowerShell, and act as a Tier-3 escalation SME.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain enterprise SCCM/MECM and Intune environments, including co-management configurations.
•Manage device lifecycle activities such as build, imaging, deployment, patching, upgrades, and retirement.
•Create, test, package, and deploy applications, updates, and security patches using SCCM and Intune.
•Develop and maintain Intune policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access integrations; support migrations from SCCM-only to Intune where applicable.
•Develop PowerShell automation, monitor platform performance and reliability, and provide Tier-3 escalation with documentation and SOPs.

Key Requirements

•Strong hands-on SCCM/MECM administration and architecture experience.
•Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) and endpoint device management.
•Proficiency administering Windows 10/11 configurations, compliance policies, and device health monitoring.
•PowerShell scripting experience for automation and reporting.
•Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid identity concepts knowledge.
