Job Summary

Lead the regional Bridges & Structures practice for Atlantic Canada, driving market development, project delivery, and team leadership. Oversee lifecycle delivery of major infrastructure projects (Design-Build, P3, multidisciplinary), strengthen client relationships, manage budgets and risks, and promote BIM and digital delivery across a cross‑province team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute AECOM’s strategic growth plan for bridges and transportation structures across Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, PEI, NL).
•Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities with provincial agencies, municipalities, transportation authorities, and private clients.
•Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, positioning AECOM as a trusted infrastructure partner.
•Act as the primary strategic liaison for key regional accounts and major stakeholders.
•Lead capture strategies, proposals, and competitive pursuits for major and complex infrastructure projects (Design-Build, P3, multidisciplinary).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 160,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural); P.Eng. (or eligibility) in Canada.
•8+ years of experience in bridge and structural engineering.
•Demonstrated leadership and business development experience.
•Knowledge of, or strong interest in, the Atlantic Canada market.
•Bilingual French/English an asset.
