Plant Operator (Midland, Odessa, Mentone, Garden City)

Operate and maintain natural gas processing plant equipment across facilities in the Permian area, ensuring safe, reliable performance 24/7. Monitor and control operating conditions, start/stop equipment, and prepare systems for maintenance (including permitting and lockout/tagout). Assist with troubleshooting and repairs, document logs and safety/environmental forms, and respond to hazardous conditions as needed while working a rotating 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule.
