Drive BJAK’s AI Neobank expansion by aligning leadership and turning strategy into measurable execution. Own strategic execution across priorities, build operating rhythm with OKRs and decision tracking, and coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations. Prepare board/leadership materials and decision memos, surface risks and dependencies early, and lead special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
•Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
•Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
•Prepare decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
•Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early; support leadership trade-offs and own special senior judgment projects.

•Strong judgment and excellent communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
•Ability to align and coordinate major cross-functional workstreams across multiple organizations.
