Key Responsibilities

•Assist with daily spa operations including reception, gym, leisure area and treatment rooms; cover reception when required.
•Conduct full walk-throughs of spa areas at shift start/end and ensure checklists are followed by the team.
•Ensure cleanliness and maintenance issues are reported promptly and resolved.
•Lead department briefings in the absence of the Spa & Wellness Manager and attend meetings as requested (e.g., morning briefings, HOD meetings).
•Manage the Time and Attendance System, rosters, payroll, and ensure compliance with working time regulations.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years in a luxury spa at Therapist or Supervisor level
•CIDESCO or ITEC Beauty & Spa qualifications or prior experience leading a spa and wellness team
•Right to work Full time in Ireland / EU
•Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued
•Able to deliver high level of service and manage spa operations, including rostering and payroll
