Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of core platforms and services that process real-time network and operational data for enterprise use cases.
  • •Design and architect highly scalable distributed systems and event-driven microservices for production deployment.
  • •Build and improve systems for streaming and large-scale analytics with stringent scalability, availability, latency, and reliability requirements.
  • •Advance generative AI and agentic systems capabilities, including tool use, planning, memory, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and deployment.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure systems are secure, reliable, observable, adaptable, and safe.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •8+ years of experience across the software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, coding, reviews, testing, build processes, deployment, and production operations.
  • •8+ years of programming experience in at least one general-purpose language (preferably Python, Java, Go, or C++).
  • •5+ years leading design and architecture of large-scale distributed systems, preferably on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • •Experience mentoring engineers, serving as a technical lead, or leading an engineering team.
