Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain Neo’s funding strategy and economics playbook for mortgage sales among investors.
•Allocate committed and funded mortgages to Neo’s investors and oversee all new lending programs including strategy and product development.
•Develop and maintain Neo’s mortgage policies (capital management, hedging, leverage) and keep policy updates communicated to stakeholders.
•Design and guide the team to oversee daily funding, ensuring robust operational and cash controls and a scalable structure.
•Manage all mortgage buybacks, hedging activities, and liaise with mortgage insurers to arrange bulk insurance of portfolios.
