Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage trench safety equipment and related accessories, ensuring proper inspection before and after rental and maintaining rent-ready fleet status.
  • •Procure daily operating items, maintain vendor relationships, and complete invoice review and maintenance.
  • •Maintain DOT compliance records and perform weekly inventory audits for parts and assets.
  • •Implement and maintain safety policies, conduct weekly safety meetings, and ensure employees are properly trained with records of completion.
  • •Assist the General Manager with branch performance by reviewing monthly profit and loss, monitoring operational metrics, and coordinating rental orders, deliveries, and pickups with clear customer communication.

Key Requirements
