Job Summary

Oversee construction activities for the $900M Terminal E Garage and Roadways at Logan Airport, ensuring work elements such as excavation, concrete, drainage, utilities, and maintenance of traffic comply with plans and specifications. Review technical submittals and shop drawings, anticipate and resolve design/construction issues, manage daily reporting and unit quantity tracking, and coordinate with the construction manager, subcontractors, and project owner. Work includes periodic nightshift/weekend rotation and document control with Bluebeam.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents, and oversee work for conformance to requirements.
•Review technical submittals and shop drawings for general intent and compliance.
•Anticipate and help resolve design and construction issues while coordinating daily with the construction manager, subcontractors, and project owner.
•Complete daily reports and measure, calculate, and track unit price quantities; monitor maintenance of traffic for compliance and compile daily progress photographs.
•Review red-line drawings using Bluebeam, prepare and update punch lists, support change order input, and assist with pay requisition review.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,200 - 136,730 annually

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma.
•11 years of applicable experience, including 4 years of supervising staff.
•Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills and average proficiency with MS Word Suite.
•Valid driver's license.
•Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to follow health, safety, drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.
