Job Summary

Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs for retail consumers and small businesses. Maintain product knowledge and use approved marketing tools (including CAMP) to reach out, set appointments, and cross-sell. Work with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and help meet customer experience and production goals, while processing teller transactions and servicing retail products.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete an onboarding/education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in certification for the Retail Personal Banker job family.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff, while supporting cross-selling and referral activity with business partners.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS (MU4R questions/registration required).
