Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct on-site show settlements for high volumes of club, theater, amphitheater, arena, and festival events.
  • •Work with Artist, Venue, Promoter, and Production Management teams to record revenue, expenses, advances, and monies due.
  • •Review artist and venue building contracts and ensure deal terms and financials are accurate.
  • •Finalize and upload itemized recaps with backup for event expenses and revenue; support show closeout with the accounting team.
  • •Maintain up-to-date accurate records, communicate daily with local/national booking teams, and complete regional travel as necessary.
