Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine tasks including grinding, select fit sizing, assembly operations, quality inspections, machine setups, and basic troubleshooting.
  • •Handle non-routine items such as sorting/inspecting suspect material, processing rework, and assisting other product lines as assigned.
  • •Follow LOTO procedures; complete training and hands-on test/pass with a passing grade.
  • •Inspect and diagnose machinery issues with operations support, replacing/repairing worn parts and aligning components to restore equipment to operational status.
  • •Test-run repaired equipment, open EHS event reports as needed, and accurately close work orders in the Roxboro Maintenance Work Order System.
