Drive profitable growth of flavours and functional ingredients across the Levant region, focusing on Bakery and Beverage with additional exposure to Dairy and Meat. Manage and expand key customer relationships, translate customer needs into tailored ingredient and flavour solutions with technical/R&D teams, lead negotiations and account planning, develop new business opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting while coordinating cross-functionally.
