Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner as the primary HRBP for the UK with the Head of International and UK leadership, providing coaching on organisational health, talent planning, workforce strategy, and manager capability.
  • •Lead end-to-end employee relations for the UK and provide coaching to promote accountability, empathy, and high performance.
  • •Partner with leaders to drive talent management including performance cycles, career development, promotions, organisational design, and succession planning.
  • •Champion culture, communications, engagement, and change by guiding leaders and employees through organisational change and survey action planning.
  • •Own day-to-day UK HR operations in partnership with People Operations/HR Centers of Excellence and lead strategic HRBP projects, including AI/tooling experimentation and rollout planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 75,000 - 103,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of HRBP experience supporting senior leaders and influencing strategic decisions.
  • •UK employment law expertise.
  • •Understanding of HR practices across performance, talent management, employee relations, and organisational design.
