Direct, develop, and motivate a team of brand associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, store operations, and community connection—while maintaining compliance with company standards. Support staff training and development through leadership programs, manage floor coverage and store openings/closings, and help achieve financial and operational objectives including loss prevention, audits, and reporting.
