Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate autonomously to own studio compliance and departmental operational scope while coordinating and obtaining approvals from the Head of Department and global team.
  • •Facilitate collaboration and communication across local and global teams to align activities with company goals and compliance needs.
  • •Coordinate with Project Managers, Studio Production, and Procurement to ensure compliance across studio operations, including pre-approval for tasks like procurement and maintenance.
  • •Use Salesforce to ensure reliable traceability of gaming equipment across its lifecycle from purchase through installation, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • •Prepare regulatory documentation and notifications (e.g., studio authorizations, layout changes, equipment counts, and starting new live operations) and manage compliance documentation via SharePoint.
