Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop training programmes to strengthen asset management technical capability and supervise/mentor junior team members.
  • •Run client maturity assessments and gap analyses, then create ISO 55000-aligned frameworks and support asset strategy, policies, operating models, and integrated management systems.
  • •Manage asset information and digital enablement, including a central digital asset management system and a comprehensive asset register with traceable asset data.
  • •Oversee reliability and maintenance planning (risk-based, reliability-centred, condition-based), including lifecycle management and maintenance contract strategy.
  • •Lead budgeting, investment, and reporting by setting KPIs, conducting condition assessments, preparing senior management reports, and performing audits/inspections for compliance and quality improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years of relevant experience in asset management, infrastructure maintenance, or port/industrial facilities.
  • •At least 7–10 years in a senior leadership role, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • •In-depth understanding of asset lifecycle management and experience developing asset management strategies and plans.
  • •Proficiency with ISO 55000 and ISO 50000 International standards and familiarity with HSE and sustainability practices in asset management.
  • •Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as CMMS and ERP (and strong analytical/reporting skills).
