Job Summary

Assist with all plant maintenance activities to maximize operational reliability and performance. Lead maintenance personnel to meet production schedules, quality, costs, and priorities, improving reliability through preventive/predictive and corrective maintenance. Manage maintenance logs and budgets, coordinate corrective actions, and oversee electrical, mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, and utility systems upkeep (including boiler and ammonia refrigeration). Partner on capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM, Six Sigma/Lean, and the KHMS/QRMP processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct maintenance personnel to ensure systems operate at highest capability to meet production schedules, quality, costs, and priorities.
•Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures and maintain site-specific maintenance logs; coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance work per company procedures.
•Improve reliability and maintenance methods to reduce cost and avoid production loss from equipment malfunctions or downtime.
•Oversee maintenance of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility systems, including directing work on industrial machinery assembly/disassembly and installation.
•Support safety training and initiatives, participate in QRMP yearly audits, and partner with business leaders on process improvement initiatives (Six Sigma/Lean/KHMS).

Salary: USD 77,800 - 97,300 annually

•Minimum 1-5 years of related leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is strongly preferred.

•Experience implementing and maintaining TPM systems is strongly preferred.
•Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, afternoons, midnights, and weekends.
