Job Summary

Lead the strategy, scaling, and monetization of Visa’s authentication portfolio in Central Europe, with Passkeys (Visa Payment Passkey), EMV 3DS, and emerging identity capabilities at the core. Drive go-to-market and commercial acceleration, build issuer/merchant/acquirer narratives, and embed authentication into regional set-plays. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, execute cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Client Services, and own KPIs tied to adoption, fraud reduction, transaction uplift, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate global and European authentication strategy into Central Europe priorities, positioning Passkeys for secure, frictionless, agentic checkout experiences.
•Lead end-to-end commercialization of authentication solutions (VPP, EMV 3DS, risk-based authentication) and build Passkey-led narratives for issuers, merchants, and acquirers.
•Partner closely with Sales to build pipeline, unlock deals, and drive revenue impact, embedding authentication into regional set-plays.
•Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients and lead executive conversations on Passkeys, digital identity, and Agentic Commerce.
•Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Client Services while owning KPIs and optimizing commercial impact.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Experience in payments, fintech, digital identity, or authentication-related domains.
•Proven track record in product strategy, go-to-market, or client-facing roles.
•Native German Speaker.
•Strong understanding of authentication ecosystems including EMV 3DS, FIDO/passkeys, PSD2/3, SCA, and fraud & risk.
•Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs through influence with strong executive stakeholder communication.
