Partner Recruiter (French Speaker)

Recruit and qualify new implementation partners across Africa, building strong relationships with potential providers and understanding their capabilities and business needs. Analyze partner profiles to identify mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities, present Odoo’s value proposition with tailored solutions demos, and negotiate partnership terms to grow the partner network. Work closely with international teams to manage an opportunities pipeline and expand Odoo’s presence on the continent.
